Policy Statements: Quality Policy

Abacus Careerwear in association with Marta Maratchi is committed to achieving consistency in product quality and service delivery performance. The Board of Directors are aware of the increasing demand for quality, reliability and the need for continuous improvement in the market place, and are totally dedicated in their support of this policy.

The following are guiding principles:

• By identifying and understanding the requirements of its customers, the company will apply its resources to ensure that its products satisfy the necessary standards and therefore achieve fitness for purpose, as well as customer satisfaction.
• These standards will be established and maintained by a system of Quality Management, providing effective and economical control over raw materials, their conversion to manufactured garments and the service provision to meet the customer’s requirements.
• The training needs of all personnel will be identified, assessed and carried out where deemed necessary.
• The company will provide induction training for new employees, and the company’s Quality system and Quality standards will be communicated to all personnel within the organisation.
